Wines made from the Grillo grape are fuller, rounder and more savoury than Pinot Grigio. This one is reserved at first, but a brisk swirl of the glass reveals high-toned, fragrant aromatics. This lithe, vibrant wine shows lemon, peach, thyme, mint, oyster shell, and a saline minerality. Pair it with sushi or a vegetarian quiche. Drink through 2026.
