POWERS CABERNET SAUVIGNON 2018

THE WINE:

The wine finished malolactic fermentation in a mixture of stainless-steel tank and French Oak barrels and then was aged for 22 months; 12% new, 38% 2nd use with the final 50% in 3rd fill French Oak barrels.

TASTING NOTES:

Savory notes of fennel and sage are backed by deep aromas of mountain blackberry, black raspberry, and cassis. Woven into this complex profile are notes of wet limestone and gravel.
