THE WINE:
This blend of Sauvignon Blanc and Sémillon, both organically grown, is sourced from hillside-planted vines in clay-limestone soils. It was vinified in stainless steel to preserve even the most delicate fruit and floral tones. Look for a ripe, bright, lively wine with honeydew, citrus, apple, pear, peach and a characterful herbaceous note. This has a luxurious mouthfeel. Perfect for grilled salmon.
