THE WINE:
Luscious full nose of green apple and melon and a hint of capsicum. The palate is off-dry and packed with flavours of passionfruit and citrus. Good length and a lovely slightly creamy finish. A delicious, crisp, refreshing wine. Served chilled with seafood, seasonal asparagus or fresh oysters. Drink young and fresh through to 2022

Our story began in 1973 with the planting of our Riesling vines — some of the oldest in the South Island. The Kahurangi brand was born in 1998 and now brings together four families with a shared desire — to bring people wines they will love.

We get excited about every vintage, but also about those special discoveries that add something new to our collection. If you find as much delight in our wines as we do, then we are doing a great job.
