THE WINE:
Deep red colour with a nice spicy nose with notes of cooked fruit. Rich, fleshy and long on the palate, well balanced overall with a beautiful tannic structure. Perfect to pair with grilled lamb chops, sausage, crusted pork tenderloin, or cheese like Camembert, Langres, Saint Nectaire.

TASTING NOTES:
“This rich wine is full of attractive black fruits with ripe flavors. Tannins and a firm youthful character balance the open fruitiness. It has a good drink future; drink from 2021.”
