THE WINE:
Its fresh and scented aroma originates from the ancient passion and art of winemaking of the Povero Family since 1964. “Campo del Palio” is perfect with desserts, served at 8/10ᴼC.

TASTING NOTES:
A fine example of Asti’s famous sweet tasting and lightly sparkling white wine. An immensely popular style beloved for its delicate floral notes. This one offers tremendous pear drop tones alongside floral and spice notes. Fresh and mouthwatering acidity provides excellent balance to the sweetness. Enjoy it tonight with spicy sushi, blue cheese or fruit salad.
